The course that started in Sept 2011 did very well and we are pleased at their achievements and look forward to their future success. We are not only reflecting but looking forward to another wonderful group starting on January 9th 2012, students work and progress will be reported and documented here so keep checking for latest entries.

Check out some of the prosthetic pieces applied and. Poured today. Each student life casted, sculpted, moulded, made, applied and coloured there own designs from the very beginning process through to the end. New Images In Fashion Make Up Gallery

See some of the recent graduates work in the fashion gallery. These images were taken by David Adbrahams using new faces from different agencies in London and they look amazing. This is the kind of work you could achieve in the last week on the 3 month diploma course, during professional development module. Well done to all the grads they look lovely.

Beyond HD Film & Television Conference

26th & 27th February 2011. Ravensbourne is hosting Beyond HD there will be technical discussions covering all aspects and job roles within Film & Television, speaker, workshops, masterclasses. Open to all within the industry. Great place to learn and network and come to checkout Ravensbournes new facilities. We will be running 2 masterclasses a day. One based around Special FX and Sculpt Gel the other around HD hair lace, camouflage, character work and airbrushing. Masterclasses will be given by Jeanne Richmond, Stuart Bray & Katie Stedman. Class Of January 2010!

We would like to congratulate all of the class of Jan 2010 for achieveing so much and working so hard and recieveing brilliant feedback from all who worked with them and from Director's and cast a like. We know you will all do very well!

Looking forward to posting all of their portfolio images on here and updating the gallery section. Will Robson-Scott shot the portfolio images of all the beautiful models, can't wait to post them here, stay tuned they will be posted next week after a long edit of 1000's.

Looking forward to the April course.

Make Up Courses/Make Up School

We here at LSMM have very limited places left for 2010, the next course starts on the 19th April and the next 20th September. If you are interested I would recommend booking an appointment a.s.a.p. Get on the list and start your new creative career as a make-up artist.

Prosthetics and Bald caps

We are already on our 10th week and started making prosthetics and bald caps with Stuart!

The students started with taking measurements for the bald caps and also taking casts of each other's face and hands.

Body Painting

This week we are learning body painting. It's all coming along nicely, we are practicing both free hand and airbrush body painting.

Character

This week the students are studying character make up including race change, gender change, look a likes, ageing, hair lifts, etc....... I will post some pics tomorrow, all looking great!

Students had a meeting today for a fashion show that they have designed with a little help, it will be at Olympia for the dance exhibition move it, all exciting.
